John Edwards has dropped out of the race and I have to say I will hate to see him go. He has been a consistent in this wild and crazy primary race. He has been the pacemaker on the candidates speak up on issues and he has always spoke his mind. When he was running with John Kerry for Vice-President I thought that this guy should be running for President and not John Kerry.
He gave it a great effort this go round but he could not keep up with the political machines that Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton have become, both in the media and the funds that they have raised for their campaigns. I do believe that he is probably the best candidate out of all the candidates but he ran out of gas. I do see John Edwards being the first name when we start discussing a Vice-President nominees and he will be a fine chose if he is chosen.
I don’t think it’s a big deal that he didn’t endorse anyone as of yet but we have to remember that goal is to not have another Republican President because I don’t think this country can take another 8 years of conservative politics.

Pinch me and tell me that I didn’t see the Hillary Clinton crying yesterday at a press conference in New Hampshire! This is not the same women who in the midst of her husband’s dirty laundry coming out for all American to see a few year back look as if it didn’t faze her one bit. Now we are to believe that these are sincere tears? They maybe sincere but I am having a hard time believing it. This is a woman who when she was before the Senate testifying about a national health care system and she held under so much fire from the conservative senators that I actually gained a lot of respect for Hilary Clinton at the time.
This just seems like a person who knows there campaign is on the ropes and if Hillary Clinton doesn’t stop Barrack Obama’s momentum going into New Hampshire. So did it work? We won’t know until tonight and the way the polls are reading it didn’t make that much of a difference for Clinton.

Now that Bill Bradley has endorsed Barrack Obama, I’m not sure if Hillary Clinton can defeat Barrack Obama now. However as I stated in my last Barrack Obama post this is long election and a lot can happen so It will be and interesting and exciting election!

It seems there is another young man who has followed the footsteps of other young black men who have killed their girlfriends, but thats not enough they are burning or cooking the corpses. I don’t know what is with this but this is a trends I would like to see stopped in 2008. The new animal of 2008 is who killed his girlfriend Jana Shearer and then cut her up and began boiling her body parts. McCuin seemed to have been busy stabbing his ex-wife’s boyfriend and abducting Jana Shearer and killing her and then mutilating her body at his mother’s house.
I don’t know if this an extreme case but there has been others of this type of mutilation. I wrote about Tynesha Stewart and it was the same type of killing and mutilation. This underscores the type of instant gratification or else mode that a lot of these young men and women are in right now. This hits me close to home because I have a 16 year-old daugher at home and my wife and I always try to instill in her the attitude not to settle for less than a man who will respect and treat her like gold. The problem is many of these young men are like sheep as long as they get their way and then when it is not going their way they turn into savage animals.
We have to put forth a better effort to teach these kids that everything will not go their way in life and they have to learn how to accept that in life. No matter what we teach them it still comes down to their choice.

Well he did it, Barrack Obama won the Iowa Caucus even with the political money that Hilary Clinton raised and the experience of John Edwards. Barrack Obama just won and that is the attitude he should take for the rest of the elections. He should come off as a man that is expecting to win. No longer is he a long shot but a Favorite. I say this because he went into a midwest state and beat two power players. Now it wasn’t a blow out but it certainly was as close as people thought it would be last night.
Now this race is far from being over and before we start annointing Barrack Obama the next president let us realize that there is still a whole lot of campaigning to go and Barrack Obama’s opponents are worthy. Now I’m still not sure who I will support but I can say that I like the way Barrack Obama is walking with an attitude that he belongs rather than he is nice side note or feel good story in this election.
